Longterm is a medium sized manufacture with 50 skillful workers and 7 professional engineers. Working with the high team spirit,we always could offer the flexible and swift services based on the timely delivery and highly quality to our clients. Longterm is delivering about 300 top standard molds per year and 80% of them are for the European and American market. With extensive knowledge of machining processes and over 20 years of experience as an injection molding operator, he is well-equipped to test new molds and identify potential risks. Charles' primary responsibility is to lead his engineering team in designing the molds that we will be constructing. With over 15 years of experience, he has focused extensively on mold design. His expertise encompasses a deep understanding of complex mold structures, and he consistently provides valuable insights and innovative concepts for our mold designs.
Jacky Xia
Quality Management
Jacky ventured into the plastic injection mould industry as a teenager, and has since developed a profound understanding of every aspect of the mold industry. In addition to his experience as a toolmaker in the workshop, Jacky also possesses strong engineering capabilities in both 3D and 2D, making him an invaluable asset to our team. His daily responsibilities primarily involve quoting, reviewing mold design drawings following customer approval, and meticulously inspecting each tool prior to shipment.
